Full Time Beginners Course (Qaida/Ampara)

Our beginner Qaida and Ampara course is designed to introduce students to the basics of reading and understanding the Quran. The Qaida portion focuses on teaching the Arabic alphabet, the correct pronunciation of letters, and the foundational rules of reading Arabic script. Students learn to recognize and pronounce Arabic letters and words, gradually building the skills necessary to read Quranic text fluently. The Ampara section typically involves the study and recitation of the last few short chapters (Juz' Amma) of the Quran. By the end of the course, students should be able to read the Quran with proper pronunciation and have a basic understanding of its shorter chapters.

REQUIREMENTS

•Applicants must go through the
admission process in person on admission day
with their parent/guardian

•Applicants will only be enrolled after an in-person
evaluation and approval and will be placed in the
class chosen by the director

DURATION

The approximate duration of this course is 2-3 years

Classes are 6 days a week:
Mon-Thurs
10:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Sat-Sun

10:00 AM - 2:30 PM

CURRICULUM

• Start reading Qaida or Sifara/Ampara and continue until they are fluent enough to advance

• Open to girls and boys of all ages

(Girls will be taught separately by a female instructor)

• Get familiar with Hadiths and teachings of the Prophet ﷺ
